Shipping & Delivery Policy
Domestic Shipping (Within India)
- Free shipping on domestic orders above ₹5,000 for online payments.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders below ₹5,000 incur a ₹100 delivery charge.
- Orders are delivered within 5–6 working days, unless otherwise specified in the product details.
- Deliveries will be made to the address provided at the time of placing the order.
- For modifications, please email info@nari18.com within 2 hours of placing the order.

Order Cancellation Policy
Domestic Orders
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- To request a cancellation, email us at info@nari18.com.
- Once dispatched, shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If you cancel before shipping, the entire order amount will be refunded.

Return Policy
- Raise a return request within 7 days of receiving your order, directly from My Orders → Return / Exchange on our website.
- If you receive a damaged product or tampered packaging, raise the request with photos within the same 7-day window.
- Once approved, a free reverse pickup is arranged via Shiprocket from your delivery address — no self-shipping needed.
- After the item is received and passes our quality check, the product value is added to your Nari18 store credit (wallet).
- Store credit can be used towards any future order on Nari18. It cannot be withdrawn to a bank account or UPI.
- Customised products, sarees with fall/edging, and sale items are non-returnable.

Exchange Policy
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product, from My Orders → Return / Exchange.
- Once approved, a reverse pickup is arranged via Shiprocket and the replacement is dispatched.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, with original packaging and tags intact.
- No return or exchange request will be accepted if raised after 7 days.
- Exchange is not accepted for customised products or items bought during sale.
- If the replacement item is of lower value, the difference is added to your Nari18 store credit (non-withdrawable).

Important Notes for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Sarees with fall and edging will not be accepted.
- Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Products bought during sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Requests raised after the specified timeline will not be accepted.
