A flat shipping fee of INR 150 is applicable, regardless of the number of items.
Free shipping on purchases of more than three articles.
Orders are delivered within 5–6 working days, unless otherwise specified in the product details.
Deliveries will be made to the address provided at the time of placing the order.

Order Cancellation Policy (Domestic Orders)
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
To request a cancellation, email us at info@nari18.com.
Once dispatched, shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you cancel before shipping, the entire order amount will be refunded.
Return Policy
If you receive a product in damaged condition or if the packaging is tampered, please refuse the package and email us at returns@nari18.com with your Order ID.
Raise a return request within 10 days of receiving the order.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. In case of self-shipping, a credit note of up to INR 150 will be provided.
Once the product is received, a quality check will be conducted by our team.
Refunds will be processed only for the product value (excluding shipping charges).
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after the returned item has passed the quality check.
Customers can opt for a credit note instead of refund, but it cannot be encashed later.
In case pick-up service is not available, customers need to self-ship the item.
Customised products, sarees with fall/edging, and sale items are non-returnable.
Exchange Policy
Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of receiving the product by emailing returns@nari18.com.
Approval will be sent within 48 hours if the request is accepted.
A reverse pick-up will be arranged and a shipping label will be provided.
Products must be unused, unwashed, with original packaging and tags intact.
No return or exchange request will be accepted if raised after 5 days.
Exchange is not accepted for customised products.
Products bought during sale are non-exchangeable.
If the replacement item is of lower value, the balance will be refunded or issued as a credit note (non-encashable).
In case pick-up service is unavailable, self-shipping is required (with INR 150 credit note provided).
